FAQ

1- I did not use the ticket, can I request a refund?

No, as the ticket does not refer to a specific date but can be used freely on any day, in the event of non-use, the ticket is non-refundable.

2- I have booked my ticket, but have not yet received it in the mail; what can I do?

As a first step, we suggest that you check the spam of the e-mail box you entered at the time of purchase, as the voucher may have been categorised there by e-mail. In addition, you should check that the e-mail entered at the time of purchase is correct and not full. You can also contact us at the following e-mail address pagamenti@cilia-italia.com (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.).Should none of the above-mentioned ways work out, you can show the PayPal payment receipt containing the WC-order (e.g. WC-43xxx) to the staff.

3- I did not receive the ticket I purchased online and I bought it back, how can I request a refund?

If the ticket has not been delivered following the booking and a new ticket has been purchased (online or from retailers), a refund can be requested by sending a copy of the new purchase to pagamenti@cilia-italia.com.

The reimbursement will only be granted after all necessary checks have been carried out. Specifically, the actual non-receipt of the ticket will be verified and the proof of the new purchase will be examined.

4- Do I have to print the tickets?

We always recommend printing out purchased tickets; if you are unable to print them out, you can show the voucher, received by e-mail, to the staff via your smartphone.

5- Can the purchased ticket be used on any day or is it fixed-date?

The ticket can only be used once, either on the outward or return journey, on any one day.

6- Does the ticket purchased refer to the outward journey only or does it include the return journey to/from Castel Romano Outlet?

The ticket purchased is a return ticket and therefore includes both the outward and return journey to and from the Castel Romano Outlet.

7- I bought a ticket for the Eur Fermi - Castel Romano route, can I return to Termini?

No, with this type of ticket you can only return to Eur Fermi.

8- I bought a ticket for the Termini - Castel Romano route, can I return to Eur Fermi?

Yes, with the Termini – Castel Romano ticket you can also return to Eur Fermi.
